I work individually with every single client, for the specific goals of the trainee.

At the beginning, it is advisable to carry out a basic body diagnosis that will subsequently guide me in the selection of the appropriate exercises.


In this type of training I focus mainly on health training.

Remedy of bad movement habits, activation and strengthening of the deep stabilization system, correct exercises.


Due to many years of bodybuilding experience I can help you build a muscular physique.

I am also competent in modifying bodybuilding exercises so that their effectiveness is maintained, whilst not overloading the musculoskeletal system.


Dietary habits play a critical role in the body composition of each individual, as well as having a pronounced effect on our wellbeing.

If requested, I can advise you which foods to eat and which to stay away from. I may also recommend certain food supplements.



My experience with Martin as a coach is great. I wanted to lose and strengthen myself when I had no experience with it. Martin explained everything to me, showed and recommended accessories. Martin is a great trainer. He listens, asks and controls, that’s a very important part of any kind of workout. Every single workout differs from the one that we had a week ago, for example. Martin is not a lazy kind of guy he changes training all the time, so my body can’t get used to it.. We are doing exercises for body balance, power, cardio, stretching – all the kinds.
